    Throttle Stays Open

    I’ve cleaned and lubed the lines, carbs have been cleaned, throttle has been and lined. When the engine is off, the throttle snaps back as it should. But when the engine is running, throttle up .keeps it up. I can throttle down by pressing the carbs. Any help appreciated.
