I am looking for a rear swingarm , chain guard and brake rod for a 1974 cb750k that will accept a bolt at the end to enable the rider to remove the rear chain without removing the rim

I’ve cleaned and lubed the lines, carbs have been cleaned, throttle has been and lined. When the engine is off, the throttle snaps back as it should. But when the engine is running, throttle up .keeps it up. I can throttle down by pressing the carbs. Any help appreciated.
