Leaking oil from exhaust

Ok so my 1978 Honda 750F is spraying oil from cylinder number 3 exhaust and I have no idea where it’s coming from, I thought maybe a valve seal but I’ve heard that a valve seal wouldn’t leak that much. Please help!
 
Without pics and more info., it's hard to tell. The '78 F's have been known to eat valve guides though and that is consistent with burning lots of oil. Head gasket sealing can also become problematic
 
My guess is a leaky head gasket where oil chamber leaks into the 3rd cylinder. It is a tear down job in order to replace the head gasket. At least do a ring job, or even the valves while you are at it. At least some improvement will come out of this fix. With all the gasket & ring replaced, you can enjoy your bike a lot longer.
