New to site! white walls tires HELP!

Hey guys!!! First off I want to say hello I'm a new guy looking for a good place to chit chat about bikes and learn, I'm a brand new rookie here with my first bike I'm working on myself. I was wondering if anyone could help me out? I want to get white walls for my Honda 1977 CB750K but I was told its hard to find them from my local shop in the size 19F-18R for my bike so I was wondering what is the best size wheels to buy for your bike? by this I mean I want to be able to put what ever the most common size tire is on my bike and in the future I want my bike to be sort of brat bike sort of café racer! I also heard I may have to get some kind of conversion kit to make size 16 work, Can anyone help me out?
