My bike for my FIRST cafe racer

I just bought this 1979 cb750L for a great price.. runs great and only has 14000 on it.. I am gonna swap out many parts to transform it to a cafe racer. Here is what I have to work with:

Are those 10th anniversary edition worth any more than the other '79s?

Im super excited.. I dont think they are worth anymore then regular.
i figured once i get this going the bike will look nothing like it does presently.
I am assuming tho.

Yeah I didn't think so either really, but I've read they only make a few thousand of them. Maybe no one cares that have a limited edition color.

If I had this bike I would leave it in stock condition and pick op another bike to butcher. My thoughts. I hate to see a clssic in that condition destroid. Like I said, that's just me.
