Hey guys, I thought I'd start a thread where we could post pictures of inspirational CB750s. You know, the ones you see and think "hey that's cool, I should build one of those..." or "I should buy one of those..."

I seem to like cafes with firestone tires

I like some of the hardtails too. Check out that exhaust!

Let's not forget about the restorations! 1975 Honda CB750

I like the first one with the Firestone tires also. Nice look. I wish I could see the whole bike. I found this one on Google. Built by a guy called Pistol Pete in Kansas City. I like the look of the skinny back tire.

Pawl, you definitely like them crazy and raked out. Those are pretty wild!

Mcgyner, the Harley frame and wheels make the engine look small. :twocents:

Cant argue with that Travis .I like the overall lines of the bike .Check mine out on my avatar and you will see they are similar . Minus the big gap betweeen motor and frame of course. I was never a cafe fan before but I am starting to see some really cool bikes and maybe getting the itch to build one of those.Really liking that first blue hot rod

I tend to like the cafe bikes too. I think the exhaust looks too big on the motohangar cafe, but I like the rest a lot!

Mcgyver, I was same regarding cafes... I was never really into them but kept seeing cooler and cooler bikes and now I want one.

JohnnyC, that muffler does look a little big and so does the collector before it. I bet it looks better in person though. The angle of the picture and white background probably don't help.

Tommy Summers have made a shit load of really sweet CB750's. He's one of my all time favourites when it comes to building CB's.

I could fill this whole site with his awesome work, but then Travis would kick me out and I'd be all alone........ Lol. Man did Tommy build some sweet rides.

Oh no. I wouldn't do that! :) You can never have too many pictures. That picture with the chick makes me think we need a Babes and CB750s thread! :D

Not sure if anyone here is on the sohc4 site but thought I would mention that Russ Collins Jr is a member of that site and he is currently rebuilding his fathers two top fuel sohc bikes. The triple engine bike and the Sorcerer. He is going to be running them at exhibition races when they are complete. I just thought it was cool after all these years they will be running again.
