gl1000 fork swap to 74 cb750

I may not repair my 76 gl1000, but I want the wheels for my 78 gl1000 project. Thst would leave me all the front to swap except for the wheel. I've read a bit but kinda confused myself on whether the cb750 wheel is compatable....will I need to get anything else? Thanks!

Use CB750 neck bearings. Using the gl front wheel and rotors would make life easier for you.

Rotors would be a go, the wheel would not....everything fro. The gl1000 donor except the wheel.
