Slip on Muffler

Has anyone sucessfully ever removed an OEM slip on Muffler from a CB 750 exhaust,.? And how did you do it,.?

They simply unbolt and come right off unless rusted on and past a point it will destroy trying to get it off.

Best I can do with no pics.
