Okay folks. I started with a 1977 CB750K that ran well. I put a 4 into 1 exhaust and air pods on. My first question is about idling. I turned the mixture screws out 3 turns, and it idles ok around 1400, but worse at a lower rpm. How far out can I turn them? Shouldn't it idle smoothly at a lower rpm? Can I get different sizes? It stutters with fewer turns.
Main Jets. Went from 115, 125, 135, to 150 with no results. Still bogs, and runs much better with choke on. Do I continue to go higher? Whats this about adjusting the slide needle? I don't think my rubber boots are leaking air. I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
