Compatibility - CB750

When do the changes made to the 69, 70, 71 72 and 73 CB750 take place.... are those early engines compatible to say 74 or 75? Does someone have a list of when changes occured... much like the Corvette's C1, C2 etc.....? Or where I might find a list like that?

I think I need to be more explicit... I was wondering if the guts for a 1973 CB750 will work in a 1975 engine case set....?

Every year there are changes. Cases stayed relatively the same till you got the the supersport engines. Most of the changes through the years are in the cylinder block, heads and pistons. A majority or the internals stayed the same. Yes 73 in 75 block will be fine.
