1982 CB750C brake calipers

Looking for a left hand caliper (or a set if necessary) and everything I find is for the CB750SC as opposed to just the CB750C which I have. Does anyone know if it's the same part across all models? I believe the part number is 45100-ME1-673.

BTW, my avatar is not this bike, but my last 78 CB750

Where ever you got the post number for your bike, look under another bike to see what matches. You only need the first two sets to match (i.e., 11111-222-333)
