Vfr rims and brakes on 79 CB750F?

Good afternoon everyone! So, today I purchased a sport kit for my 750 (very excited!) as well as a set of rims and tires off of a Honda VFR. I believe it was a 750 as well but I can't be sure. I was wondering if anyone had success fitting these type of wheels onto a Cb750? I am already assuming that I will need new rotors and a rear sprocket.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
