Transmission problem honda cb750-four speeds only

Hi guys

I apologize if my English is not the right one, but I will try to make you aware of the problem I have with my motorcycle.
I have a honda cb750 from the year 81 that I acquired recently. After buying it, I noticed that the 5 speed gear does not work. Initially I thought it had only four speeds but after consulting the manual I verified that the model cb750 has five speeds.
What do you think it could be? Is it clutch or transmission problem?

If you are getting the other gears pretty easy it is NOT the clutch.

Probably bent shift fork. The cases have to split to fix that. Engine comes out too.
