Solved: What's a Disc "fender"?

For my first post here, thought I'd ask a weird question.
Looking at old pics of my former CB750Ks I see some with a small black, plastic "fender" over the front disc (brake). My current bike doesn't have one, but it could have been lost by the last dufus... I mean, my friend who had the bike last. Do all of you with CB750K have one of these black, plastic covers on your disc?

There is not one on the bike I just got, but the dufus who I bought it from had partially disassembled it. I don't see anything in the box of parts that came with it that matches that description.

I don't have one on my 1981.

The "Disc Cover" seems to have shown up with K2. Apparently, it's one of the many changes outlined in the Service Manual, starting on page 206. (Which I didn't know about when I started this topic)
