Help identifying clubmans

I'm sure some of you have seen the YouTube video that this screen shot is from and I'm hoping someone can identify either who makes these clubmans or point me in the direction of finding a set that wraps around the center of the forks like this. I really like how they aren't too wide and just wide enough to almost "frame" the forks and guage cluster.

Seriously, those are everywhere. Amazon probably has all the brands you would find from individual sites. You can find expensive ones, if you want, but less than 40 bucks is all you need to spend.

These don't strike me as the regular ol amazon specials. The horizontal bar mount dimensions look much shorter.

Even the ones on Amazon have different center widths, rises (or drops), and widths.
