Cam tensioner

Does the camshaft chain have a tensioner on it like the the primary chains do or does just have the chain tensioner on the bottom of the engine

it does have a wheeled tensioner, not really like the primary other than they both use a wheel instead of slider, just google and you should see a picture of it.
