What to change while open :-) ?

I am sure there is engine assembly lube available in Belgium. It doesn't have to be paste, modern assembly oil style lubricants will provide great protection for first start up.

    Use a Guitar string

I wouldn't use qtip on the drill but do it manually, polishing float valve seats was also one of the steps in manual I posted!!!

'81 CB750K Running brake light wiring issue

I agree but as I stated before, if ONE wire strand is good and all other broken you will still get GOOD continuity! True continuity test is voltage drop. Just a thought, can you run new test wire if it is straight wire and not spliced one!?

    79 CB750 - Starting issues, carburettor?

True that doesn't happen but how we end up with fuel coming out of intake boots when piston on intake stroke creates suction!?

    79 CB750 - Starting issues, carburettor?

Guys basic engine operation, if proper amount of fuel is introduced to the cylinder and even if that cylinder does not fire, that same amount of fuel will be compressed out of cylinder into exhaust. If we have SO much fuel that is pouring out of intake boots than we have exorbitant amout of fuel...

    Need help with brakes

According to web search CB750C (RC06) production ran from 1981-1983 so your being 1984 doesn't sound right. Now this info apply to US, maybe it is different for Europe, since you are there do some research.

I wish I took pictures when valve cover was off... basically whole head inside is finished in black color with few spots showing raw aluminum where paint flaked off. As you said disassembly of the head to remove paint is out of question, motor has 16k miles and running like charm, no need to...

    Inside head black paint peeling

Hey guys. I had stubborn valve cover gasket that would leak until engine came to operating temp than it would seal up. Amount wasn't bad but it was enough to bother me. I decided while I am taking the cover off may as well check my valve clearance and while doing that I noticed black paint...

    79 CB750 - Starting issues, carburettor?

While you are there HAND polish vacuum piston sides, bore and cap (inside). This will really improve your throttle response. For your missing rubber plugs go to Amazon like Brett said, they have variety pack of silicon plugs, I would test their resistance to the gas first before putting them in!!!
