Hi all new to forum just about to start restoring 1980 750kz, not been on road since 1998 so it’s a going to be interesting.
colour scheme is a horrible red it should be black with red piping just wondering if decal transfers available?

The KZ's are nice looking bikes in black with the red stripes.

It’s a CB750kz same as your picture but twin disc on front

English version. the CJ 750Ks were only in production 79 to 82 the first of the dohc I think there was also a F variant with same engine

Hi there here is my project bike, it’s all there just a little rusty! It’s a 1980 bike last on the road 1998.

i wish you all the best with your project, i bought mine that had been stood for 12years or so thinking a couple of weeks work would see it on the road. how wrong i was, it was imported from Japan in the 1990's and parked up in about 2010. the more i got into it the more i found the british weather and galvanic reactions had attacked it, even the rear wheel spindle was seized into the inner bearing races. . anyway keep us informed on your findings as you progress, i will be very interested to follow your progress. they are a great bike to have and ride, cheers
