Hello gentlemen,
i just took delivery of a 1998cb 750 f2 which I plan to modify. one of the ideas is to fit a 1981 cb 750 super sport tank and side panels. Before i splash out on ebay It would be good to know if the 81 tank and side panels will fit the 98 f2. I have no problem fabricating or modifying but if it's just not going to fit I'll think of another plan. So if anyone can help that would be much appreciated.

my guess is that not many folks here have 98 cb 750 f2's, so no one would know if this
tank or that would fit. if you showed us a picture or two of how it looks without the tank
on it we could give an opion on what we see. then you could move ahead or not.
we know what the older ones look like, just not something like the 98. so show us
what you are working with in the tank area for connections and such.
