1981 Honda CB750 C Exhaust nut ?

Those are supposed to be closed on top. They're called acorn nuts. When those are tightened onto bolts or studs that are too tall for the nut, the bolt/stud goes through the top.

Where Can I get these ? They must be specific because any other nut is too “large” to fit on the gap.

You can put washers between the exhaust header flange and acorn nut to take up that space and prevent the stud from going through the nut. Of course, if you don't want to do that you can take one of them to the hardware store and find a matching nut that will work.
