Main Fuse Location on 75 Honda 750 Super Sport

I have no power or lights on my 1975 750 Super Sport. What does the main fuse look like and where is it located and how do I find it? My battery appears to be fully charged according to my Battery Tender and Odyssey Charger. I have checked the negative and positive battery cables and they are cleaned and tight.

FYI, you can 'fully charge' a battery and it still be deader than a doornail..............
