help burnt CDI or ignitor unit

guys need ur help again

Our mech calls up saying the he started the bike and said it was misfiring
he found these burnt units and informed us that these have burnt and are
the cause of misfiring so these need to be replaced

So these two units are they ignitor units or CDI

Is there a difference between the two ?
I'm sorry I'm not very informed .

Where do I find new stock units to purchase and
Is there a better modern aftermarket product to upgrade to

Not sure where you are getting the other terms from, but I would generally stick with replacement "Ignition spark units" for cb750. ebay them?

You can usually find these on eBay, buy new, not used.

i took ur advice found a set on Ebay the seller is from germany which is close to me.

how do these perform compared to stock

I can't say there was a difference from stock because I bought my bike is boxes, built and restored it myself. Part of that was replacing most of the electronics.
These units are highly regarded both here and on the cb750c.com forum.
