What do fuel separations systems like Fass Fuel do for diesel vehicles?

The system removes water from the fuel, always a potential problem with cheap diesel which is made as crappy as they possibly can. Diesel can have a lot of fuel borne trash too, it removes it also.

I think if you change the filters regularly, you don't need dehydrators or chemicals.
