I once heard that sometimes on custom built bikes (mines a '79 750) that the rec/reg might not be properly grounded anymore. The post, which I now can't find, stated a way to run a wire from the rec/reg to the frame or battery neg terminal?... any idea on which wire this would be? Would or could I run a SECOND separate Green from the rec/reg directly to the battery or frame, bypassing the solenoid? ~Still struggling out here
