OK...this may seem like a rookie question but is there supposed to be an O-ring on the air mxture screws on my '75 CB750...I've had the carbs off and apart several times but looking at the screw last nite I realized it looks like an O-ring should go around, it kinda makes sense that there would be one there?? Any help would be greatly appreciated
