    So, just a fyi follow up; after troubleshooting the complete electrical system, it turned out that both new batteries I had sent to me were bone dry. Voltage looked fine, but after turning the key it would drop to 0. Guess I just couldn’t believe they would send sealed batteries like that.

    carb issues dont stop

    Just an FYI, everything is fixed: turned out a couple of the slow jets were uncleanable no matter how many times I reamed them out. Replaced everything with an All Balls kit, and I'm back on the road.

    stuck screws on 92 carburetor brackets

    Mistakenly first posted in SOHC section...any tricks to getting these screws to budge? Tried pb blaster, no luck. Need to remove the carbs to replace o rings due to leaking fuel. Thanks

    carburetor bracket screws stuck

    Anyone have a trick to get the screws out from the carb brackets? I have to replace an o ring that is leaking gas where it comes into the carbs from the petcock. It's a 92, tried pb blaster, they dont budge!
