Hi m8 can I ask how did you get the two very long bolts out of the engine to remove it . As iv loosened all the small one and taken out what I can but there is two long nut and bots at.the front and back the engine .I got one nut off the back one but I can't get the long bolt to slide all way...

Hi m8 I can't help on this one .as I can't see much wrong with it but if you feel the tyre you should feel bumps. If it's been sitting a long time mabye it sitting damaged the tyre not been used much ??

Do you have a local exhaust maker I'm lucky as there an stainless steel exhaust manufacturer just down the end of My est.. longlife stainless steel exhaust. I can say they are fantastic. Very helpfull and always glad to help.

Well got round to sorting the starter and it was full of grease the whole thing the copper coil and the tube the copper coil sits in n spins so I striped the whole thing down to bits cleaned it and put it back together. I still need to buy the rubber O ring and the new brushes . Then wipe...

Yes it will as I'm doing a complete rebuild and my starter is one part I'm going to be rebuilding so I'll guess I need that part aswell also one very big thing rubber washer that goes between the body of the starter and the lid as mine has snapped . Hope they do that part . Or i it will leak...

Hi its the rubber type black hose that goes on to the carbs then fit to the engine I don't know what there called . You got the air box then carbs then these hose things then engine . I really don't know anything about carbs so I was asking can a bike shop clean them up and get them right...
