Replacement Front Brake Calipers??

Ultimately, I think I'd like to replace/upgrade the stock front brake calipers on my 1980 CB750F (one of the mounting bolts is rounded off real bad- think I'm gonna cut off the head and then replace the caliper). What are my options?

Technically you can make all kinds of aftermarket calipers fit as long as they're designed for the same rotor diameter. The biggest factor with caliper fitment is the caliper mounting bracket. How are your fabrication skills?

Off-the-shelf I don't think there's a single non-stock brake kit that will fit these bikes. The most common way to upgrade to newer calipers seems to be swapping the entire front end off of a newer sportbike that has fancier calipers attached.
