New CB750 owner

I've found some great information on this is site, i just picked up this 77' CB750 from a friend of mine. I want to build a cafe style bike for everyday riding.

This is my first motocycle project and i'm expecting alot of work and taking it slow. This bike is complete and runs. Does this look like a good contender to make into a cafe project?

Slap a set of clubmans and a new stock seat and those SuperSports make great cafe-looking bikes.
