How to Lower 1981 CB750F Front foot Pegs

1981 CB750 F . DOHC
I need to lower my front foot pegs ABOUT 30mm due to a Bad Knee .. Any one done this. ???
Any ideas on best way to lower the Pegs
I will also put some padding on the seat which may help a bit ,but not enough

I’m thinking about the same thing.
The issue is the rear brake lever.
