Can I use 13213-KV0-000 bolts in lieu of 13213333003 which are no longer available from Honda for my 1975 CB750 F0 (Super Sport)? Thanks all.

Yes, they are an upgrade from the earlier rod bolts. They are a stronger bolt then the early ones, they wont look exactly like the ones you have but they are a better bolt and wont stretch like the old ones.
