Can anyone ID my bike?

Hi,
I have a CB750 with frame number CB75-2576554 and engine number CB750E2468630. It has a 19 inch front wire wheel with twin front disks and a 16 inch rear wire wheel with a drum brake. Can anyone ID the model?

Numbers say it is a K5. The duel disk would be an aftermarket add on which was common back when these bikes came out.
