A potential purchase.. 1976 CB750

I am hoping some of you might review this bike, and give me your opinion. Are there any areas of concern? I plan to make a cafe racer out of it.

with no papers, I hope it's cheap. can be time and money consuming to get papers.

Looks like it would be a decent bike but I wouldn't give more than $2000 for the bike, spare frame and the motor. Its not original paint or original exhaust and has some miles on it.
