Did some testing this morning. Attached a wire with a 10amp fuse to the white field coil wire and attached to the battery. Fuse didnt blow. Next hooked up green wire to regulator and fused wire I made to the black terminal. Didn't blow. Decided to hook everything up and with the key on I...

You still in search of a float bowl? Just picked up a 78 750a that came with two extra sets of carbs disassembled. So I got a float bowl if you need one.

Yeah, im excited. Got new filter, float bowl gaskets, throttle cables, choke cable, brake master rebuild kit, and tires coming in at the moment. Should be on the road in no time.

You would need a bit more then just the controls. Being that the turn signals on the harley controls are just momentary push buttons on both controls. I believe you need the harley flasher as well. But it can be done. I've seen it been done on my Yamaha Roadstar forum Im on. So Im sure it...

If its anything like the old Kawasaki kz550 and 650/750s then nope. On those the 550 motor was notably more narrow so the exhaust ports would likely be right in front of the frame downtubes. Im sure honda was the same way.
