1976 CB 750 SS Street Tracker Build

That's kind of inspirational, I want to go for a more DS look with my 82 cb750f/ss, a little extra travel at both ends. unfortunately I can't go the high buck route, you're very lucky to have family in the business, I keep thinking about a career change, just don't think it's feasible at this...

    1980 "sl750"

Nice!! Any info on the build laying around, I've got an 82 cb750f/ss I'd like to go the same route with. Did you use the stock front end or something else? How do you like it so far? I'll bet it rips on dirt roads! ANY info is appreciated, THANKS!!!

    CB750 or 900??

I know you can use the 900 cams in the 750, I'd call Ferracci in Pa, they don't do Hondas any longer, but he was THE man back in the day. The # is 1-888-FERRACCI, I'm sure SOMEONE will know, hrs. are 9-6 eastern Tues-Fri, 9-3 Sat. GOOD LUCK, either is an awesome ride. I weigh 250 and my...

    4 into 4?

I don't think they're made, try coneengineering.com, if you know someone that'll weld it up, they have AWESOME parts to make WHATEVER you want for an exhaust. I'm thinking about a 4/2 for my 82 750f/ss that'd come around the round parts on both sides, too tired to think of parts names, and back...

1972 Honda CB750 With RPM Limiter .....Video

It sounds like you're not letting it rev high enough, it wants to go HIGHER, mine will hit 10k easy. Set it up higher with the rev limiter. Your jetting is probably off too, with the open pipe. Get those two fixed and I think she'll scream.

Four into two right side exhaust.

If you really want 4:2 on the right check out Megs Engineering, they have the parts you'll need, looks like good stuff too.

New to bikes, looking for help

Check out Dime City Cycles, they have some cool stuff. Too grainy to tell the year. If you stick with the factory tank it'll be easier. Do a carb swap so you can run pods, they run like crap with the factory carbs and pods, so they say, I've avoided them because everyone says it's a PITA to get...

Just snagged an 82 CB750F, have some ?s

check with Buchanan's spoke and rim in Azusa, Ca. I'm starting on my 82, I think I'm just going to powdercoat the Comstars. I'm going more of a dualsport direction with mine though, I like the dirt roads too much for just a street build. I'm also making my own exhaust, check out Megs...

    Change the look

Anyone can and does do cafes. Take two shots of tequila and let your creative juices flow, it worked for me. I have an 82 cb750f/ss that I'm scramblin', I don't like one trick ponies, that's why I've never had a Hardley-Davidson. Plus I live for dirt! I found coneengineering for pieces to...

    Rust on startor

I just cleaned mine up today with emery cloth and sprayed wd40 on it to keep it from rusting while I finish the rest of it. So long as the rotor tests above 4.0 ohms I wouldn't worry, especially if you don't have a charging problem. If it ain't broke ... ya know.

Great diagrams, didn't dive into mine, did save it though, thanks. I recently found bikebarn.com, my 1st order bit here correct and in good time. Brenda is a BIG help! I don't know if vintagecb750.com will have a new harness for yours, mine it's $90 bucks. Were I you I'd start with a new...
