2006 Toyota Tundra brake bleeding, how the F''k do you do it?

Anyone know the proper method for manually bleeding this damn abs brake system?

I had to replace a rear wheel cylinder and the old 2 person pump and hold method does not work.

I found a shop manual in pdf format to download, for freeeeee. (adam sandler voice over)


Anyways, it's not just ABS, it's also VSC and TRAC on this one.

There is a procedure for bleeding out small amount of air w/o using a scan tool, and I got it all sorted.
