1981 cb750 won’t run right

I bought a 1981 cb750 that was sitting for years. Cleaned the original carbs and had a pooping issue when revving it up. Replaced them with a brand new dual carb setup and replaced my coils,plugs,and wires. Now it’s popping worse and does it even at idle. Attached is a link of before with old carbs and new carbs
