Hey everyone I have a 92 750 nighthawk that I’m looking to build this winter after I finish an 81vw pickup I’ve been restoring. I’d love to put spoked wheels as I’m going for a scrambler look. Has anyone taken wheels off of a similar year Honda shadow by chance? Upon first glance they look very similar. I know someone with a 93 and I see the forks are a touch different but was wondering if anyone has done spoke wheels on a 91-02 nighthawk. Most of what I’m seeing on this site is all for 77 and around there.
I think worst case for the front end I would be able to use the forks with the wheel from a shadow but the rear wheel I have no idea what the specs would be and if that would fit or not. Very similar design from what I can see but not sure about hub and axle dimensions. Really just trying to do this build without spending thousands on wheels alone.
