How much experience do you have working with carbs? Everyone I’ve spoken to and the majority of posts say “the carbs are jetted for the airbox” when you throw pods on which increases the amount of air drastically you run into all sorts of issues (not saying it can’t be done but jet swapping...

If you’re referring to the gray between the two metal screens in the picture I have used this on several of my old bikes where the foam deteriorated....it’s cut to size and should work fine... Cycle gear and most motorcycle shops have some in stock there are various thicknesses available online...

What steel plates do you use to replace the riveted plate with...just take two of the standard clutch plates (the ones used in between the fiber discs) put them one after another when reassembling the clutch?

Zip tied the clutch left it overnight came home put it on the center stand and dropped it into first with the clutch pulled a few times... Didn’t work the first night but the second night it did! Just took my first ride and it was beautiful (and cold) the 750s really pull... Thanks again for...

Should probably mention bike has been sitting since 86’

Purchased the bike two weeks ago. Throttle wouldn’t turn at all and front brake didn’t work. Rebuilt carbs, rebuilt master cylinder, new tires, new battery, got it running last night. Went to take it for a very short test ride after work today and realized the clutch is not working at...

Found theses online the are made by MAC performance and are designed to work with the stock headers...my question is how do I attach them? Do I cut the stock mufflers and down pipes and weld these on...
