What to change while open :-) ?

Hi everyone,
My name is John and I'm from Belgium,

I just bought a Honda CB750F 1980 in some pieces (most of the cycling part are still on but all the engine part and cover completely disassemble
The owner certified me that everything should be there.

So I started to disassemble all the engine (because we didn't know the state of that bike (clutch, gears, starter, etc...) to clean and review everything.

My question is, what should I change / replace while my engine is open (crank case open in 2) ?
- all the O-ring ?
- the bearing ? all of them ? which one ?
- what about all the bolt stud ( 90031445003 ) for the cylinder and cylinder head ?
- ... ?
- the valve ?

I know about all the engine gasket (set) and all the pieces that looks or are not 'in the norm'.

If you could help me with this, the goal is not to rebuilt a war machine, but a week-endly bike for some nice ride who can old on :-D

This is my first time unmount that much of an engine but we can find a lot to disa- and rea-ssemble the engine

Could think about cam chain and guides...a bit of a weak point...theres a race spec mod you can easily do with the engine open.

Starter clutches a weakpoint in the 750/900 dohc...theres a R6 modification you can do..

If he’s not, I def am interested. Have a 1979 cb750k completely disassembled in garage right now and need a starting point to get going.

Thanks also for the PDF with all the new and better adapt parts, I will have a look about how much everything will cost

I allow myself to go back to my request,
what I'm suppose / need to change on my engin while open,

I'm sure about the gasket (nearly a necessity)
but I don't really know what else
what about the bearings ? which one ?
the bolts ? I'm suppose to change some of them ?
the engine studs ? should buy new one ?

please help me :-$
I'm trying to get that motocycle ready for the new season in coming (^_^)
