You could plastiweld it with a similar colour or do fiberglass . As it is on the inside of the airbox and noone will see it , all you really need to do is make sure it all fits together once done

You dont have to soda blast if they are not too bad just get an ultr sonic cleaner

Get a sonic cleaner , well worth the cost

If you look around , you can get very small lithium batteries and they have a much higher CCA
