two rollers that ride shift barrel

Have a hard time getting these two roller on correctly. No real good pictures of how this is set up with the spring and plate going into the hole on the case? It shifted ok before i took it apart but now doesn't really work at all now. Any experts out there that have split the case and know how to set up the shifter mech???
