Speedo Cable a little too short...

I have a 1980 CB750F SS that I am completing a cafe build on. The stock Speedo cable just reaches but pulls out almost every time (insert innuendo of your choice) of the wheel end when I turn to the right. Does anyone have a suggestion for a cable that is a little longer that would work? I just need an extra inch or two to receive the desired result... (I swear this was not intended to be so dirty) Lol...
