Restore 1992 Nighhawk, worth it?

I can pick up this 1992 Nighthawk for a few hundred. It's has a 2018 sticker on the plate. Check out these pics from my Google Drive and let me know if you guys think it's worth me restoring it.

They rae very good bikes, well worth it as it looks very good. Not the favorite for CafeRacer or Brat style conversion that's why they are still so cheap.
