pipes on my 77

I always get good info on here even though I usually just read other peoples post so I would like to know if anyone can tell me if the mufflers & pipes from the front pegs back off the 80s double cams will fit my 77 ? Also any engine parts ect. I have a chance to buy a few double camers fairly cheap. I need the shocks & covers also. I left the clubhouse & lost the left side pipes & muffler & have only the two pipes.Lost the side cover the same trip on the oil tank side. I will check back this afternoon. Thanks.

I don't know of a single piece that is a drop on from a DOHC to SOHC. BUT Most motorcycle parts can be made to fit anything.

No motor parts are the same between them. I run the DOHC forks and front brakes, they are far better than the SOHC bike. The exhaust parts on not bolt on pieces either they would need modifying.
