Petrol /Gas tank cap and lock

Hi Guys. Anybody know what year this tank is? I think it's the same model used in Cafe Racer Garage -CB750 build on YouTube.
I will need a cap and lock for it post restoration. Does anyone have one, or know where I get one, or even if they are available?
