It runs pretty good, needs some good TLC. Gave $500 for it. Not a bad deal overall. I gave up the sport bike scene a few years ago, now I'm just looking for some causal buzzing around town. I'm glad I found this site...the electrical work looks a bit shady. I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions!

Yes I'm keeping the cafe look. This paint scheme was copied from another bike I've seen on the internet, so I'll probably make it all matte black

Good looking bike for the price. Whats the deal with the tape of an x on the headlight? This is the 4th or 5th time I've saw it.

I don't really know, it's just electrical tape. It'll most likely come off before I get it back on the street, unless there's some sort of nostalgic significance involved.
