Stiffened and mildly modified the frame, all bearings (including swingarm) upgraded, new cruisetech tires, forks upgraded with performance springs and front lowered 2.5" (the 77-78 bikes have longer forks than the earlier models), longer rear shocks to keep stock ride height and stretched the rear 2".

Hammered this thing out by hand. I later added a backing of SS mesh and a few small SS Alan bolts to keep it all together.

Relaced and completely rebuilt the rear wheel to go with a 160 tire. Still kept the factory diameters on both tires. Added the inner fender and finished the tail light.
