Issues Starting. Rattling sound.

Hey guys,

I recently bought a 1982 CB750C and having my first issue.

I've ben riding the motorcycle everyday but recently started having this issue where the e-start wouldn't work. It would sound like the starter is spinning but not engage.

This isn't my video but the symptoms are exactly the same. That is exactly how it sounds when I try to start.

Does anybody have any idea what the issue may be?

I'd consider checking the starter clutch. Could be just a loose bolt and a very easy fix, or could require new parts... but still pretty easy and not all that expensive.
