I have a question for the brains trust.
I have a 1972 CB750 that I am restoring.
I have taken out the existing and rusted out fork
stanchions which measure at 578mm long
and bought new ones, at 607mm long.
Does anyone know which size they came as the original?
The old 578 or the new 607mm?
....and can i now re use the old springs which measure 475mm long
and all the inside dampers, into my new 607 chrome stanchions?
