So over the winter I checked the valve adjustment, followed the procedure for tensioning the cam chains, changed the fork oil, and made a little tab to go on the positive battery terminal to allow easier charging and jump starting. The rubber cover from a chisel point fit over that perfectly to insulate it.
When I got things back together, I noticed that the Neutral light would come on when I squeezed the clutch lever with the transmission in gear. It never did that before. Did I accidentally get something working that should have been working the whole time? Does your bike do that?
